As you may have seen on our blog, on 21 March we’ll be introducing an updated version of our application form. To ensure a seamless transition to the new version, we’ll be making necessary updates to our land register application programme interface (API) – here you’ll find all the details on how we’ll be implementing the updates, and what you need to know.
The changes we’re making can be grouped into four main categories:
- Removal of signature requirement
- New title information section
- Updated Servitudes and Burdens sections
- Streamlining the printed form

How our API is changing, and what you need to know
While we make our updates behind the scenes, access to the LR API may be intermittent between 12 and 13 March. This will allow us to make the required changes to the service, and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Your existing credentials will still be valid after the update.
