What to expect from our autumn campaign

Blog post by Jennifer Henderson, the Keeper of  the Registers of Scotland.

At Registers of Scotland, we understand that this is a huge time of change for our organisation and our stakeholders, with the developments that come with our digital transformation reaching each and every one of our customers.

For 400 years, we have been testing, evolving and reflecting, and we understand the importance of collaborating with our customers each step of the way.

With so much change happening at RoS, I am happy to officially announce the commencement of our Ayr to Zetland Campaign, which will give all of our stakeholders the opportunity to learn about RoS inside out, from A to Z.

Our campaign will focus on putting you – the customer – at the centre of what we do and will feature face-to-face interactions like workshops and faculty visits, as well as written content such as blog posts and social media updates, all of which will provide you with fresh news and information relating to our digital transformation, our products and services, and the arrear. You can now register for our workshops via Eventbrite — we’re coming to Ayr, Dundee, Inverness, Stirling and more to talk with you.

In the coming weeks, we’ll also be releasing the first in our series of podcasts, which are informative and interesting podcasts showcasing who we are and what we do. In this first podcast, I will be answering questions and giving a brief history of the keeper’s role, touching on what it means to be the second female keeper, and why equality is important not just in the workplace, but also in wider society.

In the coming months, I’ll be attending faculty meetings and workshops all over Scotland, giving stakeholders across the country the opportunity to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of the changes we’re undertaking at RoS, and what they mean in practice for the customer.

The next few months promise to be full of activity and I am looking forward to meeting as many of you as possible. Make sure to keep an eye out on our social media channels to get the latest updates about dates and venues, as well as how to get involved.
