RCI- latest news and features

We continue to work with customers to improve their experience of making a submission to RCI. To keep up to date with new features released, see our What’s New pages. We have recently re-structured our RCI guidance articles to make them clearer to navigate and view at a glance, and introduced a help and support section. 

Our monthly webinar series continues focussing on a Beginners Guide to the RCI on 13 July. See our website to find out more and book your place.  

Scottish Ministers encourage everyone who is within scope of the RCI legislation to engage with the process as early as possible. 

You now have until 1 April 2024 before RCI offence provisions have effect.

We’re committed to improving the customer journey and we’ll soon be making some changes to our Online services home page. This will include merging the land register application form dashboard into the RLP dashboard and making it easier to navigate to the appropriate service for your application type.
